News Publishing using ASP.Net 2.0

We have intranet in our company. We want to have a news publishing to put on it. It should have a Administration Page to put News.We can do it from a scratch but we are looking for a good free news publishing using asp.net 2.0. Or if you have a very good link tutorial to do this. There should be an upload pictures, multiple category, nice presentation.Thanks.
