News ticker... RSS

I want to add a news ticker on my website. I've used .net 2.0, and created webpage in visual studio 2005. I want the newslinks to open in a new window. I think it is called a rss-feeder or something..? To list 6 or seven links would be perfect..

The rss is: "http://www.mylder.no/rss/?kategori=5";

So what part dont you know? How to make the list display? how to consume the external list/feed? how to make the link open in a new window?
To be honest, I dont have a clue. I know I will have to have some code in the page load, and a listview or something? Anyway, im new in programming, and I am developing my first webpage nowadays. Maybe someone has some existing code i can just paste into my solution?
Then I'd start by looking at the starter kits.

Im using the small business starter kit. However, there is no module concerning rss feeder. So I was hoping someone could help me. The webpage is up and running btw :)
